Atlassian have introduced two new features in Confluence: Whiteboards and Smart Links. I find them really valuable, and the best thing is that UserTesting content is easy to embed and unfurl in both the whiteboard and smart link. Our users now have two more ways to bring insights and evidence from real users into Confluence and use them when collaborating with colleagues there. We based our embed-and-unfurl on oEmbed and Atlassian supports oEmbed really well. Nice to see open standards and good engineering in action for the benefit of our mutual customers.
